Terms & Conditions

Graphic Designing

  • Provide a 2D image of the product, logo, contact details, text content, and business-related information to lakherifilmmakers@gmail.com for graphics.

  • 50% payment is required upfront. A watermarked version of the graphic will be shared, and the final version without the watermark will be sent via email after full payment.

  • PSD files will be stored for 2 days after full payment. Changes requested within this period will incur a fee of ₹100.

  • Urgent graphics are not available; a specific delivery date will be provided.

  • For catalogs, an additional charge of ₹100 per page applies after a 4-fold design.

  • Sample designs without advance payment are not possible.

  • Social media graphics will only be included with the purchase of a Social Media Management and Marketing package.

FMCG Video Ads

  • Send appropriate materials like logos, labels, contact details, and images for the video to lakherifilmmakers@gmail.com

  • Clients must provide a rough idea for the voiceover script.

  • If changes are made to the content after voice recording, a ₹100 charge will apply for re-recording.

  • If there’s an error in the voiceover recorded by us, we will re-record it at no extra charge.

  • The available artist (male or female) will record the voiceover for the video.

  • Clients must pay 50% in advance. After the advance payment, a video link will be shared. Once finalized, the MP4 video will be delivered via email or WhatsApp after full payment.

  • Urgent videos are not possible; a minimum of 4 days is required to create a video.

  • The client must provide the mockup/image/label for 2D and 3D product videos.

  • All clips used in the final product videos are either copyright-free or purchased. We do not shoot videos ourselves.

Social Media Management & Marketing

  • Provide your Business Logo, High-Quality Product Images, Contact Details, Business WhatsApp Number, and Website Information.

  • To manage your Meta Ads and Social Media Posts, you must provide Admin Access to your Facebook Business Page and Instagram Business Account.

  • Any customer or distributor inquiries, quotations, communication, and order processing will be the client's responsibility.

  • To run effective ads, you must share your Target Customers, Region, Age Group, Gender, and Audience Preferences.

  • Reach, Message Conversations, and Website Traffic depend on your Target Audience, Campaign Type, and Ad Budget.

  • No Refund Policy. Marketing results depend on factors such as Ad Budget, Target Audience, Product Quality, Pricing, Competition, Customer Demand, and Meta Platform Performance.

  • We do not guarantee any fixed number of Sales or Enquiries. Every Meta Ad campaign performs differently, and previous campaign results do not guarantee future results.

  • Minimum Recommended Meta Ad Budget (1 Campaign): ₹6,000/month. This budget is separate from the Package Fee.

  • Our Service Fee depends on your selected package and includes Social Media Content Design, Graphics, Reels, Video Content, Google Business Profile Management, and Meta Ad Campaign Management.

Website Designing

  • You must provide complete business details in writing for the website, including content for the About Us page, Products/Services page, Contact Us page, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions.

  • For product-selling websites, detailed information about all products, including descriptions, prices, and specifications, must be provided and for service-oriented websites, comprehensive details about the services offered must be shared.

  • You must provide high-quality content, including HD-quality product photos, your business logo, contact details, and social media links. All images and videos must be sent to lakherifilmmakers@gmail.com.

  • Most websites will be designed in English unless another language is specifically requested and agreed upon.

  • You need to choose between WIX or Shopify as the platform for your website design. 

  • WIX or Shopify’s monthly/yearly subscription plan must be purchased by you, as the billing will be directly linked to your account.

  • You can purchase a domain from any provider of your choice.

  • A one-time design fee will be charged for creating the website.

  • A monthly maintenance charge will apply for updates and ongoing support.

  • Website design takes time. A minimum of 20 days is required after receiving all necessary details, including content, images, and contact information.

  • If you prefer a specific template that is not free, you will be responsible for purchasing it from the platform.

  • ​You must ensure timely responses and provide all required information to avoid delays in project completion.

  • Once the project is completed and all payments are made, the website's ownership, excluding third-party subscriptions or licenses, will be transferred to you.
